1). Paid for a registration key but haven't received it yet?
Your registration key will be sent to the email address you provided when you purchased Time Monitor within 24 hours (48 hours on rare occassions). Before contacting us please check all of your email inbox folders (including the spam folder). If you registered using an email address from a site like Google or Yahoo sometimes our email to you will be placed into the spam folder of your email account. We are working with the free email providers in trying to solve this; however, simply check all folders before deleting any messages within 24 hours after purchasing your Time Monitor registration key.
To help ensure you receive your Time Monitor registration key please add our email address to your contact list. Doing this helps to ensure that you receive your registration key in your email's inbox (rather than spam folder) as well as any important future emails from us.
Finally, please make sure you entered your email address correctly. If you purchased Time Monitor using your PayPal account double-check that the email address PayPal has on file is still valid. If we email your registration key and do not receive a bounce-back error message from your email provider then we can only assume that you have successfully received your registration key email.
If it has been longer than 48 hours, and the email address you've submitted is correct, and you've checked all email folders, and you still haven't received your registration key from us then please Contact Us. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours so watch for a reply from us within that time period.
2.) Registration key not working?
You are attempting to use an invalid name/key combination. Do not use the PayPal receipt number in the email you received from PayPal as the registration key. The email from PayPal is simply a confirmation of your order and is not your Time Monitor registration key. You will receive your Time Monitor registration key via email within 24-48 hours after purchasing the product.
Verify that you are entering your name and key exactly as shown in the registration key email we sent to you. If even just one character is different you will not be able to register your copy of Time Monitor until you provide the correct information. You may find it easier to simply copy/paste from the registration email to the Time Monitor Administrator program license dialog.
In the extremely rare case that the registration key you received and entered is still not working please reply to the original registration key email we sent you and indicate your trouble. We need a copy of the email you received from us to compare it to what we originally sent to you.
3.) How do I register my copy of Time Monitor now that I have a registration key?
Launch the Time Monitor Administrator program. You will see the following screen:
From the Options Menu select Register.
You will then see the following screen:

To successfully register your copy of the Time Monitor parental control software application follow these easy steps:
- Full Name: Enter the full name you used when you purchased your site license. Enter this name EXACTLY as it appears in the registration email you received.
- Key: Enter the 16 character key code you received here including the dash characters EXACTLY as it appears in the registration email you received. You may find it easier to copy/paste from the email to here.
- Click on the check box to acknowledge you have read, and agree to, the license agreement.
- Click on the [OK] button.
That's it! Click on the [LICENSE] button to view the license agreement or click [HELP] to get help with the License Information dialog box.
The Name and Key must be entered EXACTLY as it appears in the registration email you received. Otherwise the product will not register.
Your newly registered copy of Time Monitor will be in effect the next time you log in.
